First, there are many 'kits' on the market just Google '300ZX Power Steering Rack Rebuild Kits'. Second, these kits retail for around $50 and do not include new dust boots ($40 for a set). Then if you need new tie rod ends it'll be more (or $249 for a better set from SPLParts). Oh and when looking up some of these prices I realized that a 'rebuilt' rack doesn't come with tie rod ends, so if those are shot you need to factor that into the cost. I'm working on a writeup showing the process of tearing down the rack.
